  • While we wish we could welcome every traveler, guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a ticket or attend the Central Valley Starfall Ball.

    Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID for entry.

  • The Central Valley Starfall Ball calls for formal fantasy attire. Travelers are invited to wear floor-length gowns, suits, or an equally formal fantasy ensemble—think elegant court attire or ceremonial armor made without weapons.

    Please avoid sneakers and athletic shoes. You are welcome to bring comfortable dress shoes to change into, but shoes must be worn throughout the event for safety. Real and prop weapons of any kind are not permitted. This includes Illyrian blades, Made items, and/or any cursed or blessed weapons.

  • The Waterfront Warehouse has an elevator. Please note that the outdoor VIP viewpoint is not accessible by elevator. If you have accessibility questions or would like to discuss your experience before purchasing a ticket, please contact us at centralvalleystarfallball@gmail.com

  • Yes, there will be a free coat check area which will be clearly marked on your map inside of your passport. You are free to leave any purchased items along with any items you brought from home to be collected before you depart.

  • Depending if you see yourself as High Fae or simply Starborn, there are unique experiences for both. No matter your choice, both include access to all immersive areas including our themed market, Faeraoke lounge, photo moments, the ballroom, Rita’s bar, interactive quests and unique experiences. Additional High Fae perks can be found in the item description when purchasing tickets.

  • The event will begin at 4:30 pm. Feel free to come when you can but do note that you might miss out on a few magical surprises.

  • There are fantastic places to choose from located on the first floor. We encourage you to wander the city and dine in whatever location calls to you. From themed ice cream flavors at the Moonstone Creamery to delicious fire-roasted meats at the River City Kitchen, you are sure to find something to satisfy your cravings.

    A grazing table, light snacks, and no-host bar will also be available.

  • All vendors and dining locations accept digital forms of payment. Cash may be accepted at certain locations, but is not guaranteed for all vendors. We encourage digital payment when at all possible.

  • Your tickets are final sale and are not refundable or transferable without express written permission from the event hosts. If you have any questions or need to discuss this further, please email us at centralvalleystarfallball@gmail.com

  • Free parking is available in the attached gated parking lot at the event venue, across the street in the public parking lot located across from the new city buildings, as well as street parking where available. We recommend traveling with your party and limiting vehicles whenever possible.

  • Yes. Any items brought to the venue are subject to be searched upon entry and are able to be left at our free coat check for a more enjoyable experience.

  • Copious amounts of photos and videos will be taken at the event for promotional and marketing purposes. We encourage you to capture as many moments as possible! Please note that attending this event allows NovelTea Events and Tea Room and Dreamscape Events to use any photos and videos of guests for future promotions and content.

  • Absolutely not! There is no dancing requirement. The only thing we ask of you is that you have FUN!
